A fine Cabernet with a bouquet of blackberry and soft oak, medium bodied, offering flavors of wild Cherry with a floral note. Drinks Ike Pinot Noir with tannins under control, nnish with an artertaste or plum and mild smoke. I’he nose has a bright bouquet of citrus. The taste is fruit forward with notes of lemon and grapefruit and a velvety mouth feel, very approachable. It finishes with a crisp dry aftertaste.

It’s pairs well with lamb, blue cheese, steaks, and the American Classic – hamburger.
